Tech support is provided via email to topjimmy@topjimmy.net. Registered users of TJPingPro are guaranteed to receive tech support. I provide tech support to TJPing users and unregistered TJPingPro users on an "as I can" basis, which is extremely limited due to time constraints.

For more information on TJPing and pinging in general, check out the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and the TJPing User's Manual.

Both TJPing and TJPingPro have an "Info" menu item.  Click this item, and then click the "About TJPing" or "About TJPingPro" menu item for more information on how each program works.
